As Account Manager you are responsible for managing (key) accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them, across Fuji Seal portfolio. You are responsible for:


  • Act as the SPOC interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
  • Relationship management and customer interaction.
  • Developing high level interaction at customer.
  • Capable to align opposite stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Personal development on customers corporate level and market trends. 


  • The achievement budget within the accounts.
  • Preparation of annual European sales budget for the account.
  • Creation of strategic account plans including investment proposals.
  • Ensure profitability.
  • Managing pricing strategy and business conditions.
  • Create monthly account update.
  • New business development within the account to achieve mid-term growth.

Job requirements
To qualify for the position you must meet the following requirement:

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • 5- 7 years of relevant working experience in international business (FMCG)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written). Another language is a plus. 
  • Competences: Empathy, winners mentality, self-reflection and ability to influence opinions.
  • High willingness to travel (as much as required).
